Orders

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order is finalized, we cannot make any changes. This includes changes to size, delivery address, or payment method. To return an item, please visit our returns portal.

Can I combine multiple requests into one?

No. Each order is processed and shipped individually.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability, purchase limits, or payment processing failure. In these cases, you will receive a notification email and a full refund.

Can I add items to an order I've already placed?

No. To purchase new items, you must place a new order.

Submission

When will my order be shipped?

We process orders as quickly as possible. During periods of high demand, shipping may take up to 7 business days after the estimated date. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen service.

I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

If tracking indicates the order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with the carrier or contact our support at contato@lehiraga.com.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. To initiate the process, please visit our returns portal.

Can I exchange it for a different size or model?

Size exchanges for the same item can be made through the returns portal. To exchange for a different model, please return the original product and place a new order.

Is there a return fee?

Return shipping is free.

I received the wrong or a defective item. What should I do?

Please contact contato@lehiraga.com, providing your order number and attaching a photo of the problem.
