We understand that sometimes an adjustment is needed to make your adventure perfect. Whether it's to exchange for another size, color, or model, the exchange process has been designed to be simple and straightforward. Here's how to initiate your exchange:

Exchange Conditions

Before you start, please ensure the product meets the following requirements:

Exchange Period: The request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product.

Product Condition: The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of improper use, with the tag attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

  • Item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. We are all ears!

2. Prepare the Order for Shipment

After the exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product. Here are some tips:

  • Ensure that all requested products are in their original packaging.
  • Include the invoice.
  • The product must show no signs of improper use or damage caused by the consumer.

3. Ship the product via post office

Go to the post office and provide the code generated and sent to your registered email, and they will handle it for you.

4. Await Analysis and Processing

Upon the product's arrival at our center, we will conduct a quality analysis to verify the conditions mentioned. If approved, we will send an exchange coupon via email, which can be used to purchase a new product on the website.

Exchange Costs

The shipping for the first exchange is covered by Lehiraga. A postage code will be sent to you so that you can forward the product at no additional cost. If the request period is exceeded, shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Coupon

Coupons generated on the website, whether for exchanges, cancellations, or adjustments, are valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days. After this period, the credit will expire without renewal.

 

Return

Adventure shouldn't come with worries, and neither should your shopping experience with us. If your last item wasn't quite what you expected, we've got you covered with a straightforward exchange and return policy. Here's everything you need to know to make your exchange or return like an expert!

Conditions for Return

You can request a product return in the following situations:

Withdrawal or Regret: Within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

Defective Product: If the product shows a manufacturing defect within the warranty period offered by Lehiraga.

Product Not in Accordance with the Order: If the received item is different from what was requested in the order.

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition, with no signs of improper use.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and the invoice.
  • Not show damage caused by the consumer.

4. Refunds

The refund will be for the product value, minus the shipping fee.

The refund period is up to 7 (seven) business days after receipt and analysis of the product.

Payments via credit card: The reversal will be requested from the card administrator, and the crediting period may vary according to the operator.

Payments via PIX or bank slip: The refund will be made to the bank account provided by the customer.

Final Considerations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions established in this policy.

Products returned without prior request or outside the established conditions will be sent back to the sender.
