Payments via Credit Card: The chargeback is requested from the card administrator as soon as the refund is approved. The time it takes for the amount to appear as a credit on your statement may vary depending on the card issuer's policy.

Payments via PIX or Bank Slip: The amount will be deposited directly into the bank account provided during the return process. Please ensure you provide the correct bank details to avoid delays.
Shipping Fee
It's important to remember that the refund will be for the product's value, minus the shipping fee.
