- Exchange Period: The request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product.
- Product Condition: The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of improper use, with the tag attached, original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

On the platform, you will need to provide:

- Order number.
- Item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. We're all ears!

Prepare the Product for Shipping
After the exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product. Here are some tips:
- Make sure all requested products are in their original packaging.

The product must be free of signs of improper use or damage caused by the consumer.

Send the product via postal service
You do not need to provide a recipient or sender address. Go to the post office and provide the generated code sent to your registered email, and they will do it for you. -
Await Analysis and Processing
After the product arrives at our center, we will perform a quality analysis to verify the conditions mentioned. If approved, we will send an exchange coupon via email, which can be used to purchase a new product on the website.
Exchange Costs
The shipping cost for the first exchange is covered by Lehiraga. A shipping code will be sent so you can send the product without additional costs. If the request period is exceeded, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Exchange Coupon
Coupons generated on the website, whether for exchanges, cancellations, or adjustments, are valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days. After this period, the credit will expire without renewal.
