How to Initiate a Return

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to return an item. We want to make the return process as simple as possible. Here's how to proceed:

How to Request a Return

  1. Access our returns platform

    • Enter our Exchange and Returns platform here and follow the step-by-step instructions to request the return of your product.

  2. Fill in the necessary information
    You will need to inform:

    • CPF or CNPJ.

    • Order number.

    • Select the products for return.
    • Reason for return. We're all ears!

    • Product photos (in case of defect or wrong item).

  3. Prepare the product for shipping

    • Make sure all requested products are in their original packaging.
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and the invoice.

    • The product must be free of signs of improper use or damage caused by the consumer.

  4. At the post office
    • You do not need to provide a recipient or sender address. Go to the post office and provide the code generated and sent to the registered email, and they will do it for you.

Return Conditions

  • The refund will be for the product value, minus the shipping fee.

  • We do not accept returns of products that do not meet the above conditions. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer.

Deadlines and Refunds

  • Once we receive and analyze the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 (seven) business days.

    • For credit card payments: The reversal will be requested from the operator and may take a few additional days depending on the card administrator.

    • For PIX or bank slip payments: The amount will be refunded to the informed bank account.
